Mindi O'Brien congratulates Judy Doughty, the 2008 Ottawa Fitness Champion. The "wave" is so customary among all the figure competitors, it's almost as if it's a mandatory pose. Mindi O'Brien's won the Best Team trophy for the performance of her "Team O'Brien" athletes. Rosa Valente won class and overall titles to become the 2008 Ottawa Figure Champion. Silvana Simioni won class and overall titles to become the 2008 Eastern Ontario Figure Champion. Renaldo Gairy won class and overall titles to become the 2008 Ottawa Men's Bodybuilding Champion.
